Wedding music includes 30 min. of prelude, the ceremony, and 10-15 minutes of postlude music. Cost for 1 hr. reception (harp only) is $200, 1½ hour reception is $250, 2 hour reception is $300 etc. Time played over the hour and half hour is billed at the higher rate.

Terms and Conditions

• The Artist(s) is an independent contractor and assumes all responsibility for Income Tax withholding, Social Security, State Tax and Workman's Compensation insurance.
• If this is an outdoor engagement and inclement weather conditions prevail, Purchaser must arrange for an alternate site.
• If inclement weather conditions make it impossible to complete the performance, Artist(s) shall nevertheless be paid the full contract price.
• If the Purchaser cancels this Agreement less than seven (7) days before the engagement, the balance shall be required in full. Deposits are not refundable.
• Artist(s) do not attend rehearsals unless prior arrangements have been made with the Artist(s) for an additional fee.
• All music is timed to coordinate with your wedding by the musicians during the actual ceremony.
• Additional charges may be assessed for unusual circumstances not included in this agreement, or if any changes are made to the conditions.
